Not Dead :3Hey guys!
Argh, I'm so sorry for the lack of responses and comments and thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes, really.
It's been a stressful year with me moving over the sea and starting (and finishing) my first year of University.
But do not dread, I'm not dead and I'm back. I'm actually thinking of opening commissions as well (Uni is not cheap my friends).
So, what did I miss and how's everyone?
Peace out, dudes

deviantART Version 7 - True win or Epic FAIL??So, it's impossible to miss the new changes here. How do you find them?
When i logged in today i was like hit with a hammer. This new layout is just awful!
There are so many disadvantages that i just can't believe someone would prefer this version to our beloved V6!
Where are the search bars??And this hiding-artist's-comment-thing is driving me crazy. The balloon thing next to the icons is annoying as well. Why deviations and messages are together???And one of my favourite - when i open someone's picture i can't actually see it under the commercial.
Anyways, people think differently. But as i see the majority of DA's community is against the changing the old layout. So why don't bring it back or post a poll in which you're asking how many percents are for this one.
For me the new version is quite an epic fail...
WordPress and ComicPress??Heya Guys!
Yesterday, i decided to make my comic site and a friend told me WordPress is the best way to do that. I looked through some awesome comic sites/blogs made with it and with ComicPress and that definitely decided it for me.
I made an account but i really have no idea how to install ComicPress to my blog! Please,if you know how to do that or have some experience in making comic sites i could really need a hand...
NOOOO!Broken on the 5th season finale...I really didn't plan to write a journal but the Supernatural's season finale got under my skin. I still can't shake that terrible feeling.
I'm so sad that it's over.
I was crying through the whole episode.
Because of Dean's whole i-want-to-say-yes-thing i had totally forgotten about how difficult it must have been for Sam and overall this episode made me truly see him as a loving brother and the young and innocent Sam we remember him as.
Chuck is God???Really? i was quite surprised but in the good way - besides,he tried to tell them back when the boys met him.
The impala scenes were so heartwarming and the flashbacks were breathtaking and made me cry my eyes out.
And the end
I have absolutely no idea how the things will turn out in the next season but i hope it would be great as always!
The only question - how in God's name am i supposed to wait till the Fall???

Basic CSS Style GuideIntroduction
CSS is a style language used to define the style and formatting of web pages. It is used in conjunction with HTML.
If we think of HTML as the building blocks of the web then, essentially, CSS is the painter and decorator. Very simply, HTML defines the structure of the page and CSS defines the style.
What I'll be helping you with here is getting to grips with the basics of CSS. I'll be explaining how use CSS as well as providing a number of examples that you can use to style your own web pages and journals. All you need to do is copy/paste the code and replace the sample text with your own content. Along with the quick reference I've also written a brief glossary of terms and provided a list of useful links in case you wish to do some further reading.
A point of note is that while the information and examples I've given here apply to CSS use anywhere on the web, this guide itself is geared towards the use of CSS on deviantART. As such, and given that this h

Manip AcademyIntroducing a new project!
Manip Academy (thanks, cristii, for inspiration for the name) is a new photomanipulation project inspired by projecteducate. We all love to learn, and we learn best from one another. Here's our chance to share what we know.
Manip Academy is an education initiative designed to spread the knowledge and the love. It is a collaboration between CRPhotomanipulation and we-HEART-photomanip. We will share tips and tricks for photomanipulation success. It is difficult to write tutorials, but anyone can write a simple tip or describe how they achieved a specific effect.
This project will feature two weekly articles written by the community every week, on Mondays and Thursdays. This will be an ongoing project within our community, and we hope that many people will take advantage of the chance to sign up to submit one blog or even just a few sentences to help the community.

Check your Angles
Avoid unflattering angles, don't frame your model with their arms or legs chopped off unless it works for the image. If in doubt, fully frame them and do the chopping afterwards in post-processing! Don't forget to check that the tops of their heads and their feet are in focus. Missing feet are disconcerting!
Be the Director
As the Photographer, most people will be looking to you for direction. There's no time to be shy when you're behind the camera! Keep calm to help your model remain relaxed but make sure they're not made to feel awkward if you lack giving instruction. Pose them well, avoid direct bright sunlight and check out your background.
Eye contact...or not
Eye contact isn't always necessary, in fact candid journalistic style photographs often work best. Your subject doesn't have to be looking directly at the camera for it to be a successful shoot, but yo

+!Spread the love!
A Bloody, Stupid Miracle The day we’d cured the human condition was the day I put a bullet through my head and didn’t die. It was also the day I realized how scared I actually was of death, and after hours of muscle ache from holding that gauze against my open skull, after the wound closed and everything went back to normal, I had myself a good old-fashioned brainstorm. How ironic.
But when summer came, everything had fallen to shit. The air scorched my skin and parched my tongue every time I took a breath. The sun glared down on a rapidly-collapsing world, full of the undying bastard children of cruelty and misfortune. What was one to do when their cells regenerated faster than they decomposed?
My feet hit the pavement, now littered with jagged bits of glass to snap at my toes, thoroughly baked by the blazing ball of bitter disdain high overhead. Today was worse than yesterday. Though I’d often wondered the purpose of it anymore, I
